SOUTH BEND, Ind. - City leaders met on Wednesday, August 16 to weigh in on the city's spending.
Mayor James Muller presented the city's funds in five categories:
- Strong neighborhoods: budgeting $18.2 million
- Safe communities: budgeting $13.4 million
- Sustainable infrastructure: budgeting $1.6 million
- Equal access to opportunities: budgeting $8.9 million
- Youth and workforce development: budgeting almost $16 million
