South Bend Police looking for suspect involved in armed robbery

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – The South Bend Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in an armed robbery.

The Police Department posted on their Facebook page looking to identify a man seen committing an armed robbery at 1:25 a.m. on March 4 in the 2100 block of South Bend Avenue.

The male suspect is described as six feet tall and 130 pounds. He was seen dressed in a gray jacket, green mask, black backpack, and armed with a dark-colored handgun.

The suspect left the scene with several items, including an undisclosed amount of money.
