South Bend police officer faces disciplinary action

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Christopher Bartone, a South Bend police officer, is now facing disciplinary action.
He is accused of going to Mishawaka for a personal matter while on duty.
Officials said he also did not respond to a call in a timely manner.
This all came to light during a Board of Public Safety meeting on Wednesday morning.
