SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Venues Parks and Arts Department hosted an 'Adult Recess' tonight at the Martin Luther King Jr. Dream Center.
Those 21 and older got to enjoy food, games, adult beverages, and even got the opportunity to participate in an Easter egg hunt.
Kelli Austin, the City of South Bend Special Events Manager, saying in a statement, " The idea is just to come out and have a good time for that 21 plus crowd, we have adult beverages. We engage some of our smaller business in food trucks. We have games set up, and we want to remind them of their youth. Let's come out and have a good time."
Inside those Easter eggs were candy, nicknacks, and even gift cards to local spots in South Bend.
