St. Joseph County FACT team investigating crash on Jefferson Boulevard

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The South Bend Police stated Jefferson Boulevard is now open between 26th and 28th Streets where a crash being investigated.
The St. Joseph County Fatal Accident and Crash Team has taken over the investigation and will release further details as they become available.
Please avoid the area as the investigation continues.
