SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- St. Joseph County Clerk's Office hosted an Election 101 Workship early Wednesday morning to teach community members about the voting process as the May 5th Primary Election is a month away.
Community members had the opportunity to ask questions, learn about the different aspects of how to register to vote, request absentee ballots, and even on how to become a Vote Center worker for the May 5th Primary Election.
Elections 101 was in collaboration between the St. Joseph County Clerk's office and the American Democracy Project at IU South Bend.
St. Joseph County Clerk's Office will host a second workshop Thursday, April 2nd from 1 p.m. - 2p.m. at the IU South Bend, Student Activities Center (SAC 221).
