Potential data center moratorium moves forward in Starke County
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Saint Mary's is getting ready to welcome students to campus this week, with move-in day for first-year students on Thursday and classes beginning next Monday.
ABC57's Jordan Tolbert spoke with Sarah Gallagher Dvorak, Dean of Enrollment and Alumna of Saint Mary's, who said between first-year and transfer students, this incoming class is at roughly 500 with approximately 1,500 total in the student body.
She also stated the class of 2029 is one of the largest in decades, the only larger one started in 2007 and before that in the 80s.
