State of Michigan behind on medical marijuana cards

MICHIGAN -- Some people in Michigan aren't getting their medical marijuana cards due to an equipment malfunction.
The state says it's behind on about 20,000 cards, and now workers are trying to figure out how to catch up.
Michigan has received nearly 200,000 medical marijuana applications this year alone. That's about 15,000 applicants a day.
