State Road 23 resurfacing to begin in April

A section of State Road 23 will be resurfaced starting in April.
The pothole heavy stretch of road from Main and Gumwood to Edison is expected to be completely renovated by Labor Day 2016.
An INDOT spokesperson says the work will take place in parts, but businesses along the road will still be accessible.
Drivers can expect single lanes and flags from time to time.
INDOT says this has been in the works for years and the road is on its last leg.
