Milder but wetter conditions this weekend
Air quality Thursday is still in the "unhealthy" category, but numbers are slowly improving. It will be hazy again today.
We also have a chance for storms today. There are storms and rain moving through early this morning. Periods of downpours are possible, but they may not be widespread.
There should be some dry time during the day itself, before a chance for additional showers or storms this evening. This second round of storms has the potential to create an isolated severe storm, with the most likely impacts: gusty winds, downpours, and hail.
The forecast remains active Friday through Saturday with additional shower and storm chances, but confidence in exact timing is not high. Sunday it looks like we could continue to see some rain showers.
There should be dry weather Monday and 4th of July Tuesday.
Today: Hazy, partly cloudy. Isolated showers or storms. High 88.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Chance thunderstorms. Low 66.
Friday: Mostly sunny. Afternoon thunderstorms possible. High 88.
Saturday: Scattered showers/thunderstorms. High 83.
