A study by a registered dietitian with the Cleveland Clinic found that just one day of cheating a week could wreck your diet and ruin your health.
She also says that eating just one fast food meal per week can increase your risk of dying from heart disease by 20 percent.
Women who packed their lunch every day were found to lose about five pounds.
"So, the more we go out and the less we eat at home, the more likely we are to take in enormous amounts of calories, of sodium, of sugar, and of carbohydrates," said Kristin Kirkpatrick R.D.
The study also found you should stand more than you sit down and avoid eating when you are stressed.
