ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - This morning on Summer’s Spotlight, ABC57’s Summer Horan was joined by Neil Brioli from American Legion Post 297 in New Carlisle.
Ahead of the Fourth of July, Brioli taught Summer how to properly fold an American flag and gave a preview of how the post is celebrating Independence Day.
