SOUTH BEND, Ind. - A local bowling club is celebrating 20 years of competition in Michiana!
The 20th Annual Hall of Fame Tournament, hosted by the Ambassadors Club of Chippewa Bowl, takes place on Saturday starting at 6 p.m.
This tournament brings together bowlers of all skill levels to bowl alongside Hall of Famers in the sport! Money raised through the event will help the club support high school bowlers who could become Hall of Famers themselves.
Cindy Frushour, a volunteer with the club, and Jon Backstrom, a Hall of Fame bowler, stopped by ABC57 to talk more about this weekend’s event.
