Happy Leap Day! Our extra day of February will feel like an extension of winter across Michiana, with highs in the lower 30s under mostly sunny skies. Highs will be close to 50 degrees for the first day of meteorological spring on Sunday. We’ll see increasing clouds throughout the day, with rain showers developing late Sunday into Monday morning. A showery pattern looks to set up for early next week, with high temperatures staying in the 40s throughout the work week. While most days could feature some rain or snow showers, no big impacts are expected.
Saturday: Mostly sunny. High 32.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Low 24.
Sunday: Mostly sunny early, then partly to mostly cloudy late. High 50.
Monday: Cloudy with a chance of rain showers. High 44.
