Suspect in fatal shooting at University Park Mall back in Michiana

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The man who is accused of shooting and killing Benito Bueno outside Bar Louie in Mishawaka has been returned to St. Joseph County.

He was arrested on August 30 in Chicago by the United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force.
Rosales waived extradition and was booked into the St. Joseph County Jail on Monday.
Rosales was arraigned Tuesday morning. His next court hearing is on November 13.
