SWAT incident on High Street cleared

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Police and SWAT have left the area of E. Fox and High Street in South Bend.
They were initially called to the area for a domestic situation around 2 p.m.
The scene was cleared and police and SWAT left just before 5:30 p.m.
