Taking the South Shore to the ND game? A few reminders

SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- Notre Dame fans taking the South Shore to Saturday's game against the Miami Hurricanes will be happy to know that an extra train has been added to the train schedule.

Employees told ABC57 that the phone has been ringing off the hook from interested Notre Dame fans. The first day alone the head count was over 200.

The train leaves at 1:30 p.m. South Bend time.

The South Shore expects all trains to be packed so it is a good idea to get there early.

Also, you cannot take any coolers on the train. Alcohol is allowed but not in glass bottles. And tailgating tents are not allowed at Soldier Field.
