SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A teen arrested in Monday's double shooting in South Bend is waiting to hear if he will be tried as an adult.
The 17-year-old is still locked up at the Juvenile Justice Center.
The state has a week to file a petition to move the case to adult court.
Police said the teen shot 21-year-old DeCarlos Lester and Joshua Wardlow on Laurel Court.
Both men survived.
