One year later, many still reliving Colon tornado
Pesky fog and low clouds hindered our warm-up today, but temperatures are heading right back into the 50s for both Christmas Day and the day after Christmas. Partly cloudy skies on Christmas will push temps to 55F. More clouds move in for Thursday with a frontal boundary, but it will be very mild near 60!
Cooler temperatures will briefly move in for Friday in the mid-40s as sunshine returns by the afternoon. The cooler air won't last as highs return to the low 50s on Saturday and possibly upper 50s on Sunday as a stronger system and associated front move through.
That will bring rain Saturday evening thru Sunday afternoon, possibly ending as a rain/snow mix late Sunday.
Tonight: Partly cloudy; fog possible. Low of 34.
Christmas Day: AM fog; partly cloudy afternoon. High of 54.
Thursday: Cloudy. High of 59.
Friday: Skies clear into the afternoon. High of 44.
