Texas family's decorations stolen by real-life Grinch

A family is heartbroken after they were struck by a real-life Grinch.

The family says their now-bare yard displayed light-up Christmas decorations like candy canes, Christmas trees, and a deer.

The family has put up a new decoration; a sign reading, “I hope you are proud of what you have done.”

“I wanted the people to know that I know what they did. I don't want other people waking up and having their 5- or 6-year-olds crying in tears of why their decorations were gone,” say mother Kristine Collins.

Her daughter Hallie is upset, saying, “It breaks my heart.”

Kristine says she will not be putting up more decorations, and the sign will stay because her family's Christmas spirit will live on inside the house.
