Texas toddler found living among dead animals

LIBERTY CO., Texas -- Here's a heartbreaking story out of Texas.
An animal cruelty call ends with a couple facing child abuse charges.
Police said they found a 16-month-old girl covered in cockroaches.
She was reportedly kept inside of a dog's cage.
Investigators also found animals and animal carcasses along with dozens of cats and dogs.
Police found a dead rotting horse in the yard.
The couple was on probation.
Back in 2009, they were convicted of hurting another child.
