Finally, we’ll start our dry stretch today. The last of the rain showers moved out very early this morning, with the wind picking up out the west and southwest. The breezy conditions will continue today with gusts of 30-40 mph possible. That’s why everyone is under a Wind Advisory until 10 AM. But, the clouds will clear out in the morning, giving way to abundant sunshine by the afternoon. Temps are also on the climb for the next few days, climbing into the mid 40s today and all the way into the upper 50s by Tuesday and Wednesday. Our next system will start to bring the rain back in by Wednesday night.
The Flood Warning is nearing the end as well, expiring at 11:45 AM today. Most of the rivers drop into moderate flood stage to start the work week, and they continue to drop throughout the week.
Today: AM clouds but PM sun. Windy. High of 44.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Low of 30.
Monday: Sunny, high of 50.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny, highs in the upper 50s.
