The wind calms into Tuesday, the forecast remains fair until Wednesday. Rain is still likely Wednesday with scattered showers in the morning, and more widespread rain in the evening. The biggest change is temperatures are trending not as cold. There it still a cool-down to end the week, but highs may stay at or above 50 degrees through the weekend. The forecast is also majority fair into next week.
