Rain is already starting to fall early this morning. This is one of a couple waves that’ll move through today. We can expect a small break around the mid-morning hours, but more showers and downpours arrive for lunch time. Some rumbles of thunder are possible this afternoon too as the rain continues through the evening. Temps will be climbing throughout the day, hitting the mid to upper 50s by the evening. We’ll even see the low 60s Tuesday afternoon!
More rain continues through tonight, Tuesday, and Tuesday night, with little signs of a break. By Wednesday, the front will move through finally, allowing temps to fall into the upper 30s as some snowflakes could mix into the showers before everything ends Wednesday afternoon. 2”-4” of rain is possible by this point, which is why all of Michiana is under a Flood Watch from noon today through Wednesday afternoon. Thursday looks dry but another chance for showers is possible Friday.
Today: Cloudy with waves of rain. A few thunderstorms possible. High of 57.
Tonight: Cloudy and breezy with rain. Heavy at times. Low of 56 climbing into the low 60s late.
Tuesday: Cloudy with rain. A few thunderstorms possible. High of 64.
Wednesday: Cloudy with showers changing to a rain/snow mix. Highs in the upper 30s early and falling.
