The Room Place closes up shop

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Just days before Christmas, a local home store is closing its doors.
On Friday, workers removed the inventory from The Room Place on Grape Road.
The store closed late last night.
The Room Place originally opened locally in 2006.
There is no word yet on what the city has planned for the building.
