LAPAZ, Ind.- The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department carried out a search warrant in Lapaz on Wednesday, resulting in three arrests.
The warrant was issued after an operation was conducted by UNIT Officers.
During the search of a trailer at Creekside Mobile Home Park, the Officers seized suspected marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia as well as suspected methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia.
Upon the discovery of these items, William Swihart, Cliff Graham, and Tabitha Vician of Plymouth were all arrested and charged with possession, and a child was removed from the home.
Swihart, age 26, in addition to a possession misdemeanor, was also arrested for the felony of Dealing in Marijuana and has a $1500 cash bond.
Graham, age 28, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Dealing in Marijuana, and Possession of Marijuana and has a $5,000 cash bond.
Vician, age 28, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Possession of Marijuana and has a $3,000 cash bond.
All three suspects were taken to the Marshall County Jail.
