Three-vehicle crash injures all three drivers

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff's Office reports deputies responded to a three-vehicle crash on U.S. 6 at Dogwood Road on Monday around 5:10 p.m.

The report states a 2017 GMC Sierra, driven by 37-year-old Lisa Miller of Nappanee, was traveling west on U.S. 6 approaching Dogwood Road behind two other vehicles.

A 2024 Toyota Camry, driven by 86-year-old Joseph Mills of Rochester, and a 2002 Toyota Avalon, driven by 57-year-old Ricky Molden of Bremen, were both stopped on U.S. 6, facing west, waiting to turn south onto Dogwood.

Miller told deputies she looked down briefly and when she looked up, she saw Mills and Molden were stopped.

The report states Miller was unable to avoid the collision and rear-ended Mills which pushed his vehicle into Molden's.

All occupants were taken to an area hospital for minor injuries.
