Tips to help your kids get ready to go back to school

It can be difficult to get your kids back in the right frame of mind following summer vacation.

But here is a good way to transition to their routine school schedule.

About one week before school starts back up, send your kids to bed around the time they would normally-go to sleep for school, then wake them up early.

It will be hard, but they will thank you in the long-run!

Now to supplies, many schools have a list up on their website to help you out.

When packing your kids backpacks, label everything!  That will help to get them organized and perhaps excited to head back.

Make sure you pack their bag the night before school starts, that way you have a jump on the day!

Don't forget to make sure your child has all of the recommended vaccinations, including a flu shot.
