Town completely flooded after Thursday rainfall

HEBRON, Ohio – Large portions of the village of Hebron are underwater following several hours of rainfall Thursday.
Firefighters and other crews worked throughout the day to rescue stranded residents.
Meteorologists say Thursday's flooding is a bit odd for this time of year.
