Truck driver suffers medical emergency, crashes off US 30

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- Ther Marshall County Sheriff's Department reports dispatch received a 911 call of a semi-truck crash on US 30 West, just east of US 31, on June 13 at 11:40 p.m.
Authorities say upon arrival, they found a semi-tractor trailer had driven off the north side of the road.
The driver, identified as 47-year-old Kentawon R. Marshall of Gary, was found to be unconscious and having a medical emergency.
The report states first responders then removed Marshall from the truck and rendered aid to him on scene.
Marshall was then taken to Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center Plymouth for further treatment but was later pronounced dead.
