BRISTOL, Ind. -- After 23 weeks of training each, two new Indiana State Police troopers will be stationed at the Bristol toll road post for three months of field training.
Trooper Austin Slone will patrol St. Joe, Elkhart and LaGrange counties; the Warsaw native has a military background, having served four years in the Air Force.
Trooper John Streeter attended Trine University and will patrol LaGrange and Steuben counties.
