INDIANAPOLIS—The 2020 NFL Combine is underway in Indianapolis at the Lucas Oil Stadium.
On Thursday, wide receivers and tight ends showed off their talents during drills.
Nine Notre Dame Football players got the invite to show off their talents in front of a host of NFL scouts.
Included in the mix are Cole Kmet, Chase Claypool, and Chris Finke.
Defensive linemen Julian Okwara and Khalid Kareem are both limited at the combine due to injuries. The two roommates, though, said they have been leaning on each other for support.
Kareem said he tore his labrum against Duke in November but played with the injury for the rest of the season. As of the combine, he’s only five weeks post-surgery and is far from 100%.
“I won’t be doing anything at the combine, but pro day I’ll be able to run around. For rookie mini-camp I still won’t be 100%, still no contact. But come fall, I’ll be 100% ready to go,” Kareem said.
