Two people found tied up in South Bend after home invasion

Police are on investigating a home invasion that happened in the 400 block of South Lake Street in South Bend.
The call came in just before 10 p.m. Sunday.
Officials say two people were found tied up at the home.
Police dispatch confirms that the victims were not injured, but one person was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.
