UPDATE: Every county in Indiana affected by drought

INDIANA -- New information released on Thursday shows that every county in Indiana is now affected by the drought.
The hardest hit areas are the northeast, southwest, and central parts of the state.
Those areas are now considered to be in an extreme drought - down 13-inches of rain.
