VanHorn sentenced for criminal sexual conduct with a child

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. - A man was sentenced this week to 15 to 40 years in prison on one count of criminal sexual conduct with a child under 13, according to the Berrien County Prosecutor's Office.

In October, 51-year-old Brian VanHorn pleaded no contest as part of a plea deal.

He was arrested and charged in March for allegedly sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl, according to court documents.

VanHorn is the former owner of Sensational Spas in Stevensville.
