VIM recycling lawsuit

A federal judge approved a settlement in the case against VIM Recycling.
The case centered on a deadly fire at the recycling facility in 2007 where one worker died.
Wood on site was smoldering for days leaving neighbors to complain.
As part of the settlement, current owner, Soil Solutions, must clean up the property and close it within 5 years.
