Waffle House CEO admits to affair with housekeeper

The CEO of Waffle House admits to having a sexual relationship with his former housekeeper, but he said it was consensual.

Joe Rogers Jr.'s former housekeeper accused him of forcing her to perform sexual services. Rogers' attorneys said he had no knowledge a tape was made and demanded it be turned over to the court.

“What we're going through is very painful. I've disappointed a lot of people,” said Rogers. “I’ve let a lot of folks down and they're standing by me though. I did some stupid things.”

The next hearing is set for March of next year. Lawsuits have been filed in the case, but no criminal charges as the investigation continues.
