Walt Disney Elementary teacher to be in court

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A Mishawaka teacher charged with sending inappropriate text messages to a former student is set to be in court.

Eric West, 30, allegedly sent those messages back in July. He taught at Walt Disney Elementary School. West's status hearing is scheduled for 8 a.m.
