Weekend health festival to kick off in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Saturday kicks off the Community Health and Resource Festival.
Free flu vaccinations will be given out. There's also lots of fun to be had, including healthy food demonstrations and some zumba dancing.
It starts at 9 a.m. Saturday and wraps up at noon.
The event is free and open to the public. It's on Adams Street at the Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church.
