Whirlpool appliance sale runs July 23-24 in support of United Way

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. – Whirlpool is hosting its annual appliance sale in Benton Harbor July 23 and 24 in support of United Way of Southwest Michigan.

The Whirlpool Corporation will sell over 300 appliances at a discounted price with all proceeds benefitting United Way.

All major appliances are new with a one-year warranty.

“Every year, Whirlpool is pleased to offer tremendous discounts on incredible appliances—to help those looking to save and to help our whole community because every purchase will make an impact through the proceeds that go to United Way,” said Gokul Nair, Whirlpool Corp.’s global IT director and member of United Way of Southwest Michigan’s board of directors.

The sale runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on July 23 and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on July 24.

There will be no early sales.

The sale will be held at the Whirlpool Corporation Global Consumer Design building, located at 1800 Paw Paw Avenue in Benton Harbor.

All appliances must be picked up during sale hours.

For an additional $100 donation per appliance, items can be delivered to homes within a 15-mile radius.

Cash and credit cards will be accepted. No checks will be accepted.
