Winterfest delayed by lack of winter weather

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Snow and cold weather is on the way, but lack of it is causing a delay.
Winterfest has been pushed back until Saturday, Dec. 10.
The reason for the wait? City workers cannot make ice at Merrifield Park.
Mishawaka still plans to light the city's Christmas tree on Friday.
Santa will be there as a special guest!
