Woman sues filmmakers behind 'Girls Gone Wild' video

All it takes is a few seconds to destroy a reputation.

That is what one woman is struggling with after unknowingly becoming part of a Girls Gone Wild video.

Lindsey Boyd was just 14 years old when on vacation she saw two men with a camera and flashed her breasts.

A decision she now says destroyed her life and her reputation.

The 26-year-old mother is now suing the makers of the video with the argument that her image was used without her consent.

"Teachers knew about it, coaches knew about it," Boyd said. "It was devastating. It was so embarrassing."

The suit has been tied up in court for years. The case is expected to be heard next week.

And Boyd will find out if she has a right to sue over a teenage mistake.
