Women 'go red' to stop #1 killer: Heart attacks

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- It was a sea of red at the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women event on Thursday.

It's all about making healthy choices to improve your heart health.

Women from all across Michiana shared their success stories, ate lunch, and walked the catwalk -- showing of their total transformations.

One speaker lost 105 pounds!

"It's just been amazing. People I've known for years don't recognize me. It's fun to see their reaction when it does click to who I am. Anybody can do this, it just takes the committment to do it," said Lisa Neese who participated in the Better U Challenge.
