Work set to begin near Bittersweet Bridge Wednesday

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Drivers on Mishawaka's northeast side will have to prepare for some rough roads.
Starting Wednesday, crews will start a three week project along Bittersweet Road.
This affects the north-end of Bittersweet Bridge over the St. Joseph River and extends to the concrete pavement just south of McKinley Highway.
Portions of Filmore Road and Jefferson Road near Bittersweet will also be affected.
Lane closures are planned between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m.
The project will wrap up next month.
