Great Lakes Capital ST. JOSEPH, Mich. -- On Tuesday, Lincoln Charter Township Trustees approved the site plan for Red Arrow Bluffs. ABC57 covered this story back in April.
The project is being developed by Great Lakes Capital where the Snowflake Motel used to be.
Great Lakes Capital says this is meant to be "high-quality, attainable housing" for local working professionals.
They need further approval before construction begins next spring.
Units will range from $1,000 to $2,000 a month.
The first phase will build six, three-story buildings with 24-40 apartments in each building.
There will be 120 apartments with two-bedroom units, 60 apartments with one-bedroom units, and 20 apartments with studio units.
Phase 2 will add 80 units with a mix of single-family and townhouses and may also include a clubhouse.
