26-Year-old faces murder charges in death of Tiana Alter

ELKHART, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department says Michael T. Shoun now faces preliminary murder charges in the death of Tiana Alter.
Shoun was arrested when Alter's body was found on unrelated charges.
The sheriff's department says they have forwarded the results of their investigation to the prosecutor's office requesting formal charges.
