28-year-old arrested in connection with stealing packages in Mishawaka

Mishawaka Police Department MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- The Mishawaka Police arrested 28-year-old Justin Manely on charges of felony theft charges. On August 30th, he was spotted on camera stealing packages from front porches in Mishawaka.
On Friday, he was arrested and taken to the St. Joseph County Jail.
