46th annual Rhapsody Arts & Music Festival Returns June 12-13
SKPR Media ELKHART, Ind. -- The sounds of live music, the work of local artists, and the energy of a community gathering will once again fill downtown Elkhart when the Rhapsody Arts & Music Festival returns to Island Park on Friday, June 12, and Saturday, June 13.
Now entering its 46th year, Rhapsody remains one of Elkhart’s longest-running summer traditions, bringing together musicians, artists, makers, food vendors, families, and visitors from across the region for a weekend of creativity and community along the St. Joseph River.
“We're excited to bring a few new elements to the festival this year, including family rides and attractions in the Family Zone and an updated stage layout,” said Event Coordinator Liz Stoutenour. “At the same time, we're keeping the traditions that people have loved about Rhapsody for decades: great music, local art, good food, and a welcoming community atmosphere.”
The festival opens Friday afternoon and runs through Saturday evening, featuring performances spanning Americana, blues, folk, country, rock, and regional favorites. Festival admission is free, making Rhapsody one of the region’s most accessible summer events.
