PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- On Monday at approximately 3:00 a.m., the Plymouth Police were advised that a 57-year-old male was going to be meeting up with a juvenile after having sexually drawn conversations on social media.

Patrolman Fase led the investigation and identified 57-year-old John Machlan of Plymouth as the suspect. 

Machlan was taken into custody for a Level Four felony of Child Solicitation and taken to the Marshal County Jail. 

A Probable Cause Affidavit was submitted before Marshall Superior Court where the judge signed the Probable Cause Order and assigned a $10,000 bond.
