EDWARDSBURG, Mich. -- Edwardsburg Public Schools will have a half day for their students due to heat.

Dr. Courtney Szucs EPD Superintendent says temperatures are forecasted to rise to upwards of 90 degrees on Wednesday.

"Out of an abundance of caution and with the safety of our students and staff in mind, we believe a half day is the best course of action." said Szucs.

"We apologize for any inconvenience this schedule change may cause and appreciate your understanding. We are looking forward to cooler temperatures in the days ahead."
